By accessing, browsing, or using SingaNow (“the Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

SingaNow is an independent, privately maintained public utility portal.

SingaNow is not operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or an official representative of the Government of Singapore, the Land Transport Authority (LTA), the National Environment Agency (NEA), the Housing & Development Board (HDB), the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), or GovTech Singapore.

All official trademarks, agency seals, acronyms, and trade names mentioned on this site belong to their respective statutory boards and government authorities.

Public data displayed on SingaNow—including bus arrival countdowns, passenger crowding indicators, carpark lot vacancy numbers, EV charging points, weather forecasts, and expressway camera stills—is accessed via open government and statutory board APIs under the terms of the Singapore Open Data Licence (Version 1.0).

The Platform and all information, data, software, products, and services are provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

• Commuter & Travel Discretion: Bus arrival timings, vehicle crowd loads, and traffic conditions are dynamic estimates generated by sensor models and GPS telemetry. Real-world traffic congestion, weather anomalies, road accidents, or technical maintenance may lead to timing variances. Users must exercise their own judgment when planning time-sensitive journeys.
• Parking & EV Disclosures: Real-time parking lot availability numbers and EV charging connector statuses change continuously. SingaNow does not guarantee lot reservation or connector readiness upon arrival at any facility.
• Road Safety: Drivers and motorists must never use, operate, or interact with this website or mobile device while driving or operating a motor vehicle. Always adhere to Singapore traffic laws.

You agree not to misuse the Platform or assist any other person in doing so. You specifically agree not to:

• Deploy automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or scripts to systematically harvest data or overload backend proxy servers without express written authorization.
• Engage in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, flood requests, or attempt to circumvent rate limits and security headers.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from proprietary client bundles or security implementations.
• Transmit any malware, harmful code, or automated exploit payloads.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious purpose under Singapore law.

Unless otherwise indicated, the SingaNow brand, logos, user interface designs, custom CSS styling, layout algorithms, and aggregated curation are the exclusive intellectual property of SingaNow.

Third-party public datasets and statutory information remain the property of the respective governmental data providers and are reused in accordance with applicable open data licensing terms.

The Platform may display commercial advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products, services, or content offered by third-party advertisers.

External hyperlinks (such as links to Google Maps, LTA DataMall, or statutory websites) are provided solely for commuter convenience. SingaNow does not control or assume liability for third-party websites or their privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, SingaNow, its creators, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to:

• Your access to, reliance upon, or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any inaccuracies, delays, errors, omissions, or downtime in public transit timings or parking availability feeds;
• Missed bus connections, travel delays, parking fines, traffic penalties, or toll charges (ERP);
• Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or server downtime affecting the transmission of data.

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of SingaNow following updates signifies your acceptance.
